6. Where you are not able to live where you want and live where you work or told by those in charge? Yes or No
7. Where someone told you to lie about the kind of work you’re doing or will be doing? Yes or No
8. Where your family or loved ones are hurt and/or threatened by your employer if you do not work or try to leave? Yes or No
9. Where you traded sex for money, drugs, a place to stay, a cell phone, safety or something else? Yes or No
10. Where you are asked or forced to do something sexual with another person by your significant other or employer without your consent? Yes or No
