Social-emotional health is the ability to understand and manage our emotions and to form social connections and relationships with the world around us.

Be mindful of taking a proactive approach to self-regulation activities vs. reactive approach. Taking 2-5 minutes every hour to 2 hours to take a movement break helps to maintain an appropriate arousal state (green zone).
